Importing subscribers for customers.

Hello guys,
I have disabled the import ability for all clients, if they want to import their lists, they need to forward it to me and I will verify it and import it manually. but each time I import a new list I have to enable import for all customers and login to the customer account and import the list manually,
I was wondering if there's any other easier way or better way to import lists for clients?

Go to Customer Group > Lists > can import subscribers - yes/no

You can set this NO for particular customer group.

So you can manage this customer vise Import.

...how does this allow the customer no being able to import, but the admin to import for them?

Would be really nice if the admin could log in to costumer account with full group privileges.
Or the costumers can import the lists and the admin will need to approve in order for costumers to be able to mail them.
 
Makes sense. for me I have created a costume group named it "Importer" enabled the import for that group and send quota 1 email per month. when a costumer wants to import I just change the group and access to the costumer account and import the list. then I change it back to the original group.
