Incorrect text show after translation to Spanish

Hello,
I created a Spanish Translation Pack of MailWizz 1.9.11. But when we use letters like " ó " in translation it gives me error in the browser. It gets converted to �.
I have attached the Image to explain.

@realcomputerctc - make sure you save your file in utf-8 encoding.
