Installation Issue, SSL error

I am getting following error when I try to install it "cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)"
SSL is Installed correctly. I am Installing on Windows server IIS 10 with PHP 7.4.13 Please help

If you google the error, you'll see this is related to the SSL setup on your machine, which is not properly set.

We don't support windows, please try and use a linux machine.

I am using Almalix 8 and I am getting same error, SSL is installed properly please advise how to fix
