Hi,
Yes, seen that, but as you say, limited in information. The reason for asking is that although everything is as set up as I can get with my limited knowledge I still can't get a campaign to run. It's stuck on sending. I've tried raising a support ticket but that hasn't sorted the problem yet.
I'm sure it's down to "missing" a step when installing everything but can't figure out what.
Oh well, guess I'll keep trying, just getting a bit jaded with it at the moment. I've moved over from IEM6 which seemed a lot less complicated.
