Is it possible to upload email lists via FTP?

I have the following FTP cred:

Pass:

You can have mailwizz import a CSV from a remote url, which means you don't have to go through the hassle of uploading it via ftp.

but the data I receive is stored in a FTP... I am not sure how to get a FTP URL for this data?
