Issue with SMTP Connection Despite Successful DNSChecker SMTP Test

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with setting up SMTP in my account. Despite successfully sending a test email via DNSChecker, I'm unable to establish an SMTP connection. The error message reads: Connection could not be established with host mail.expertdomainame.com:stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to tcp://mail.expertdomainame.com : 25 , 465, 587. with any Protocol Connection refused..
Any help Please...
