Issues facing after updating mailwizz 1.3.7.6

Hello there!

While updating the application, i referred each and every step mentioned here BUT actually replaced the existing files with the new ones and resulted error written below:

Application runtime path "/srv/...../apps/common/runtime" is not valid. Please make sure it is a directory writable by the Web server process.

I searched the entire forum to find similar query to find resolution, as @twisted1919 mention like the runtime folder is not present on the update folder. I found the folder with its content available http://prntscr.com/d3x657
The same files are also available in my backup. Still getting the bug. How can I fix this?

go totally back to your backup (incl dbf)

then
stop all campaigns
take the app offline
copy the contents of the "update" folder over the contents of your mwz folder
then do the update from cli
