Issues with Editor

The editor is embedding images. Here is what I do-

Step 1) Set Embed Image to NO - http://screencast.com/t/o59XPclk

Please resolve on priority

At step 2 when you paste the code into the editor, are you sure the background image isn't already embed?
Because to me it seems it already is, mailwizz doesn't really parse CSS, it simply goes through it and makes sure it doesn't contains nasty stuff, but it doesn't change it in any other way, so transforming images from using a url into a base64 encoding is not something mailwizz does to the CSS.
