License ok for developing plugins and themes?

Sorry for this noob question, but is there anything in the license that prevents me from hiring third party developers and let those persons develop new themes and plugins for Mailwizz? If not, what license is required for developing things for my own use (my company's use - I am soooo fed up with my current ESP).

Is the source code fully readable or is anything protected/obfuscated ?

@OptiBiz1 - You should be able to do that just fine, source code is very clean and commented, nothing obfuscated.
