list count not updating after unsubscribe and bounces

When a user unsubscribes or bounces -- should the list overview show an updated subscriber count or show the original subscriber count prior to a campaign being sent?

The counters don't change, only if you delete subscribers for real.
However, when you select a list for campaigns for example, there you'll see only confirmed subscribers for that list.
