List sending speed slows down

Hello,

Sending to a list of 22,000 via SparkPost.

When the campaign started this morning it was sending quite fast at around 180 emails per minute - this continued until the list was about 45% done and now it's slowed down to just 16 per minute... really slow sending.

What could be causing this slowdown? I don't see any throttling on sparkpost.

I tried pausing, changing settings then restarting but still really slow.

Customers > Group > Campaigns
Customers > Group > Sending

Ahem, wrong images uploaded first time.
