List Subscriber Verified Callback?

Is there a way to have MailWizz return a callback for when a list subscriber has clicked on the optin link and double opted in?

I am currently using the API to add subscribers to a list which works great. However, I need to know when/if the subscriber has verified.

Unfortunately we don't have any hook in that area for now :-s

You could try an integration tool reading the database directly in intervals, e.g. each 5m.
