List too large to import?

OK. We are the only Customer on our copy of MW. I have been going through the settings trying to set NO LIMITS on anything for Customers. I have checked the settings in Customers and Groups. We have been using EasySendyPro which is made from MailWizz and have not run into these problems. Uploading 50,000 at a time was no problem. Everything that can be set to -1 I have set. I set import batch size to 10,000 the MAX. I was able to get Queued Imports to show up. I set max file size to 10mb...the file is only 1.2mb. It contains 12,000 names. My co-worker had to break the list in half just to upload. I hope we will not have to do this every time. Then we got..."You have reached your limit for Subscribers". Wow. A detailed Document would help greatly.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

And now that we are sending it's going really slowly! It will take forever to get a mere 12,000 emails out. For us the system is unusable at this point. We set up a dedicated Linux server on Amazon AWS (fast pipes) with 4 GB RAM and SSD drive...no reason to be slow.

Hi,

We are getting the error message that the list is too large?
Are you sure your server allows uploads of that size ? Check that, since that is your problem, not mailwizz.

Did you read documentation related to sending? ( https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/un...ery-settings-and-how-they-impact-performance/ )
We have plenty documentation, just take the time to read it ;)

Thanks.

I am having trouble finding the docs. Where are the docs located that explain each of the Settings fields and what they represent?
I there were 100 pages of documentation with fine details I would have read the entire thing by now.

See there is another problem. There are no "file upload" limits on Windows Servers. As a Windows guy how am I supposed to know that Linux sets limits by default? But it looked like a message from MailWizz itself.

Lastly...is there a system wide Setting to make sure Click tracking is enabled for every campaign?

Start with the KB at https://kb.mailwizz.com/ then inside the app, you have start pages for all main sections of the app, and each field in the app has tooltips explaining what the field suppose to do. I mean, really, what more can we do ?

Fair enough. But now you do ;)

Because mailwizz is smart enough to catch these errors and display them nicely, instead of showing an error page/exception.
You'll find this behavior throughout the app.

Both, open and click tracking are enabled by default for all campaigns. You can turn them off per campaign basis if you need to ;)
