mail server for inbox bounce processing

My hosting provider is complaining about the volume of inbound bounce emails. Godaddy also complained

Can anybody recommend a hosting provider for hosting the bounce email boxes

If your bounces are more than 5% of your mail-out volume, you may have problems anywhere.
Of course you can get 'mail friendly' hosting, but their IP block reputation might not be shiny.
Perhaps list hygiene might be the way to go first.
