mailgun does not process rebounds again

Every so often, mailgun stops processing the bounces, once I was recommended to update the application, I did it and it worked well for a while. Then it failed again, I realized that I had not updated the application, I updated thinking that it could solve the problem, but it has been several days and the problem is not solved.

I would like to know why rebounds stop being tracked every so often?

P.S. I have reviewed the cron jobs and their history and everything works fine.
