Mailwizz Customer Campaign issues

I have created multiple customers and delivery servers, in that I have allocated one delivery server to one customer with the help of the group's option because of the requirements that we have now. I have created the campaign in customer, I have triggered the campaign but the campaign is showing pending sending. How can I resolve this issue?

Also can you check if your delivery server allocated is active? Can you debug sending campaign command and see what is happening you try to send campaign? https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/debug-send-campaigns-command/
