Mailwizz stops sending email

Hello guys,

I have updated to the latest version of mailwizz and after the upgrade it works fine for few days but after that it stops sending the email out.

It remains in the pending-sending state and when i pause and resume. the state changes to sending but it didn't send any email out. its been days and it is still in sending state.

I have also checked cron settings they are correct and same as before.

can anyone help please.

Can you login to SSH with root access and run the Debug command please - https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/debug-send-campaigns-command/

Copy and paste the results please.

@sendmedialtd - that's funny, this is the exact reply i gave him via support tickets
The issue was the number of campaigns at once in backend > settings > common. he had 5 but too many autoresponders, so no more free slots. Once he increased that, things worked just fine.
