Most conservative value for send mail

Hi, i've setup my cron settings for send mail like in attachment... is correct?

I want only a small numbers of sending mail at once, in order to don't abuse of send mail on my server.

usually a segment is about 300-350 mail: i can send it in 5-6 hours, it's no a problem for me the time... it's only important don't have problem with server

In this case edit your settings like Emails per minute: 0, Send at once: 0, Pause: 0 and you should be fine.

if i set as you tell me, the unique "value" will be subscribers at once -> 5, right?
