Move list at end of autoresponder

Is there anyway to move someone from a list to another one after the last autoresponder email has been sent?

e.g. you get your freebie for opting in and then when the sequence has finished you're put onto a newsletter list so you don't get the newsletter during the promotion of the list you opted into

Use "Actions against subscribers upon campaign open" under Setup tab when creating the last autoresponder.

Action: Move
To list: Select list you want subscribers moved to

Thanks, not sure why I didn't actually think of this! Although the issue being that if they don't open the very last email then they'll not get moved. I was hoping for more an action based, when this email gets sent, copy to list X. Pretty sure this doesn't exist, but worth asking.
