Move Status and AR's

On the latest update, it seems that when I move leads from one list to another using the inactivity CRON, the AR's aren't firing for them. I've deleted everyone from the list being moved to, and reset their status as confirmed on the primary list, but when moved they don't get AR's. The AR settings have to send to Imported and Existing list.

Any ideas how I can get it to send to leads that are moved to a list?

Or is it a bug that has crept in? I don't remember this happening in previous versions, but I may have missed it.

@Michael Wilding - I haven't had a chance to look into this. If there's any help, i haven't changed that file in any way since we both modified it via skype months ago.
