My Autoresponder campaign is not sending any emails

Hey,

I configured the autoresponder with the following settings,

  • Autoresponder event = AFTER-SUBSCRIBE
  • Autoresponder time unit = Day
  • Autoresponder time value = 0
  • Include imported subscribers = Yes
  • Include current subscribers = Yes
And, I have imported 100 subscribers into my list. Once I imported the autoresponder status changed "Sending". But no emails sent to recipients till now (over 8 hours).

When I click the autresponder overview, it shows zero recipients. But my list have 100 subscribers with confirmed status.

I don't know what is the issue.

Can anyone help me in this?
 
Hello @nagudharan ,

=> Do you have delivery server attached to the autoresponder campaign at all?
=> Have you cross checked the delivery server attached to the campaign if it is working properly
=> Have you tried to send regular campaign? did it work properly?
=> Is your followup cron working properly ?

Thanks for your response.

I got resolved the issue with the support team's help. They just set Adjust Campaigns at once to yes from Backend->Settings->Cron and the campaigns start sending.
