Need help to fix problem with "From"

When I create new company - I set "From email" - hi@domain2.com
But when I send this company - I saw that in the From field, is the email qwerty@domain.com that is configured in the mail server settings by default
What I make wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong, that's how it suppose to work to keep you out of troubles.
However, you can try to edit the delivery server and set the Force FROM property to Never, then give it another try.

Why I can't save exta headers in SMTP server. When I press SAVE - system wrote to me that all ok - and after it I don't see any changes

Depends on what headers you want to save. They have to start with the X- prefix and not be part of any reserved header.
