New Issue After Updating to Version .1.3.5.9

I have started Sending new Campaigns but when I start a Campaign. It shows

Sent 100%. But it still sending , It actually does not send 100% and Shows that campaign is 100% Sent.


Also when it shows 100%. I can not Force start the campaign, and most of the Campaigns are not even completely sent.

Here is an Example

Total Number of Subscribers:
35,000

Email Campaign Shows 100% Sent, 100% Delivered

But the number of Emails sent it shows only 5000.
 
@Hassan - If you look in the statistics for the campaign, what do the delivery reports say?
Are you sure your sending has no errors or the like?
Some screenshots would help.
