Hey There,

I am a new user of Mailwizz.I just installed the software. Is there any knowledge article that tells me different features of Mailwizz (such as what is a user, what is a customer etc.)?

During research I clicked on a link in help area that was opening a demo site. However the demo site is asking for id password which I believe I don't have. Can someone share it with me?

Perhaps this helps:
the guided tour which comes up after first login (in the backend and frontend)

A 'user' can use any part of the app (backend/admin, frontend/customer).
The 'customer' gets to use only the frontend.
