Sorry, bad speak English. I want when the email is opened by the recipient, the Manager receives a notification. and when the recipient clicks the link I get a notice in the mail

This isn't doable, it would be madness to get emails every time when somebody clicks or opens a campaign.

there are triggers for clicks and opens, e.g.
"Actions against subscribers upon campaign open"
