OK to use server/vps outside of the U.S.?

My email lists are 99.99% U.S.-based. Would there be any issues getting a server/vps with Contabo to act as a relay for this?

@Buying-Opens-Reports have a lot of experience with them.

I rent Contabo's biggest VPS (after @Buying-Opens-Reports recommendation) which is good and super cheap, but I don't use it for email marketing.
