Opens Clicks Not Tracking

I setup MailWhizz using Sendgrid's Web API. In Mailwhizz I have the campaign set to track opens and clicks, but it is not reporting anything.

In Sendgrid I have the feature enabled to track opens and clicks. Weird thing there is in Sendgrid it is tracking clicks but not opens. I have whitelisted the domain and email link in Sendgrid.

Anything I might be missing? I can't quite seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong here.

Edit: I did not setup sending or tracking domains, since I was under the impression that this was not needed since Sendgrid verifies the domains. Possibly this is the issue? Or maybe since Sendgrid is doing the tracking, I should have open/click tracking disabled at the campaign level in MailWizz?

@europa - can you please include web-h4f7l@mail-tester.com in your email list and send the campaign again, then let me know so that i can have a look. Also, it might help if you simply disable opens/click tracking from SendGrid.

I use HTTPS for tracking domains and my case connected with Certificate.
After renewing certificate the problem was solved.
