Outlook Issues with Images

Hello All,

Since switching over to MW, I am having continued issues with the newsletters looking perfect in the ck editor or the drag and drop plugin however when viewed in outlook its breaking the images apart and putting spaces in.

Also its dropping background images which would normally show from other providers like MailChimp, Aweber etc.

Hoping some can help

Perhaps this can be useful to verify what can be displayed in various html email viewers:

If you tried finding the spaces you mentioned in the html code, but removing them seemed impossible, they could stem also from tables/formatting/structuring that pushes beyond boundaries, although it is hard to tell without having seen it.

Also, have you tried viewing the result of the exact same html code if emailed from another mailer?
Usually there are significant problems for almost all mailers with outllook, not only with background images.

Probably you need to add display: block; as inline style for Hotmail
