Pagination Error

In Backend...The pagination no work. It appears a div on top of the page and does not change anything.

Pagination works just fine. Most likely your server takes too much time to return the results via ajax and the ajax call times out thus doesn't get new pagination results.
you should open the developer console of your browser (F12) and watch the network calls and see what's going on.
