Is there a way in MailWizz to pass the form field data to the thank you page?

Yes, via query params, you can make the redirect url something like:
http://www.domain.com/thank-you.php?email=&fname=[FNAME]

Ok, I thought I would have to do it manually. This would be a good feature to add in future versions
