PowerMTA Configration

Hello,
I saw few posts about PowerMTA and sure few peoples are using PowerMTA for email delivery.
I am new to PowerMTA and want to know if some one want to share his/her knowledge of PowerMTA configuration.
Like
Domains Policies and per hour messages (as per users experiences)
IP rotation ( i am able to do this with <virtual-mta> ) may be some other configuration...
Users Virtual MTA's ?
Actually I want to create Groups of Users with Multiple IPs in one group.
