problem in Mailwizz V.1.3.7.2 with frensh caracteres in footer email

when i write in frensh caracteres i obtain mismatch caracteres in footer like this: é
i change charset in the config file (apps/common/config/main.php) to utf8mb4
but nothing change
I discover that Mailwizz in his last update V.1.3.7.2 dont accept french caracters in Footer
look this example in footer


please check the problem

Mailwizz is perfectly fine with special characters. In my language we have four of them. Be sure to save the file as UTF-8.

If I understand correctly, what is being suggested above is to 'save the file' (not the content as per mwz) re the footer text in utf8, so try find the !file! that contains the footer text, then save it in utf8 (on file, not mwz level). If you cannot do it, PM me or ask your admin.

I checked this several times, and as @OptiBiz1 says, we don't have a problem.
It really depends how you add the chars, if you paste them broken and so on...
