Problem with gallery template screenshot

Hello everyone,

This is my first post and I would like to thank everyone in advance.

I have a template to upload to the gallery but the problem I have is that it does not generate screenshot

Hey,

Please make sure following folders are writable by the web server (chmod 0777):

"/apps/common/config"
"/apps/common/runtime"
"/backend/assets/cache"
"/customer/assets/cache"
"/frontend/assets/cache"
"/frontend/assets/files"
"/frontend/assets/gallery"
"/apps/extensions"

Then try again.

Is required to have permissions 777? my directories have write permission but have 775 permissions , you can be that way ?

Weird,
Is GD_Library installed? (see backend -> misc -> PHP Info, search for GD)
Other than that, maybe enable debugging and see if you see some error on that page:
