I would suggest that you look at getting your own SMTP server setup through your hosting company.

Like Michael is suggesting, get your own smtp server, however you should be aware that adult content will most likely attract more direct spam complaints to the hosting provider, and to many of these direct spam complaints can cause them to close your hosting account.

A good point. However, if you have a good relationship with your hosting, and they're happy to host adult content, you build your mailing list correctly, I don't see why there should be any problems.
