Recurring campaigns are not working correctly

Recurring campaigns don't work like they should. New campaigns are created 2 hours later, when they should be created on another date.

Example:

When I create a new campaign and set advanced recurring to "Every Day at 10:00", the campaign gets sent out the first time, but the second time a new campaign is created, it's created exactly 2 hours later.

I've attached a screenshot that should give you a clear example.

Can you post a screen shot from when you hover over the bottom of the backend menu (both, mwz and sys time, are shown, if enabled in settings).

@Arjan - It's because the recurring time is UTC so take that into consideration.
