reinstall application

Hi!
I have a problem in the area where I install mailwizz and I have to reinstall the application mailwizz
I downloaded the backup and I imported the application folder in the FTP and database.sql in phpmyadmin and I changed the config file data but still the application is inaccessible

Have you tried to enable debugging and see where exactly it fails?
I guess is the folders that have to be writable by the web server.
