Reinstalled Mailwizz -- recovering backup database

I managed to do a "dumb" -- overwriting the "update" on the latest file, thus deleting all the current references on my mailwizz account.

I've reinstalled a fresh version of the program from scratch, and have the original content on backup -- and also still on the Myslq on the server -- but am not sure how to upload and recover the data to rebuild the list.

Can any one suggest the best way to proceed?

As noted in earlier message, I solved this problem, thankfully.
