Usually I setup my delivery servers with a different Reply-To email than the From email. So it goes something like this:
From Email: promos@mycompany.com
Reply-To email: info@mycompany.com
I dont monitor the promos@mycompany.com and usually I get auto-replies in that inbox. But if my customer wants to respond to my email and hits reply, it will send the email to my main email address info@mycompany.com.
Im wondering if this affects my deliverability? Should the Reply-To email and the From email be the same? If so should I make both them both my main email address or give it its own email?
Thanks
