Responsiveness is poor????

The responsiveness is poor of mailwizz app. Please find the attach files.

Let me know what i can do to get it done right?

It seems not all the assets were loaded properly in your case.
Via FTP, delete the contents of these folders:
/mw/customer/assets/cache/
/mw/backend/assets/cache/
/mw/frontend/assets/cache/
 
Open a support ticket then and include backend url and login and also ftp access so we can take a look.
