@natan - have you tried to add and use a RTL language in the app? That should take care of the issues for you, at least for most of them.
See Backend > Extend > Languages.

he is making all css changes as need
can you add rull on your next update that when system set hebrew so it is go rtl css, and when it set english so it auto go ltr css ?
