Crond works but the mailing does not go away.

It's impossible. The answer is there.

As you can see, mailwizz cannot find any campaign to be sent now, which most likely means the schedule time might not be when you want it to be. Try to schedule the campaign in the past, like a few days ago, see if it works like so.
Also make sure you have a valid delivery server which is active and not assigned to a customer.

The problem was in the wrong timezone.
Now everything works correctly.
