Send At date picker at confirmation step not appearing after timezone change

I changed the timezone to a different one for the login, after that date picker is not appearing in the confirmation step of campaign at all. Any relation between datetime picker break & timezone change of customer profile?

How can I bring back the date time picker?
 
@SenG - That should not matter, maybe there's a js error somewhere, so try to open your browser developer tools and see the console for errors.
 
We have two instance of the script configured so we can always cross verify the original behavior of the script and investigate new issues.

I verified in the untouched, original vanilla version of the script and it throws some message header issue [kindly refer attachment]. When a newly created customer logs-in for the first time, it throws the message header error as well. I'm running the instances on Ubuntu/Nginx.

Any idea?
