Send only at/after this time not working

Hey guys,

The autoresponder feature "Send only at/after this time" doesnt work consistently for me.

It starts sending well before the time I specify.

I am aware this feature is in UTC.
 
@hypeforeal - I tested and it's worked correctly on my test. Can you attach a screen shoot with your campaign settings ?
 
This is how I set it up

I've been doing this the day before I want to send it.

I don't touch the "Activate At"

I set the "Send only at this time" to 12:08 UTC which is 8:08AM EST.

Send 1 day after sending the previous campaign (which was sent a few days ago)

When I click activate, it starts sending within a few hours usually instead of waiting till tommorow morning 8AM
