SendGrid Different Results

I have had a hunt around on the forums but been unable to find a solution. I have setup a client on SendGrid API on the free account. The account is recording bounces and stats in SendGrid however its not recording the bounces back across.

The sendgrid screenshot is below, if you could point me in the right direction on how to resolve it.sendgrid.png mailwizz.png
 
@boostyourbusiness - I believe the free plan from sendgrid does not allow webhooks... you need a paid one. After you go with a paid one, you have to add the server once again so that the webhook gets created.
If you try to edit that server now, you'll get inpage information about what i said above ;)
 
Ok great, do you know if there are any problems with having a different sendgrid account per customer or sparkpost so for example 100 customers would = 100 sendgrid or sparkpost accounts.
