Staff memberFor anyone wondering, it's the cron jobs added badly. I think we now have this fixed by giving a link to the video installer which shows how to add cron jobs in cpanel.
Hey @Chukwuebuka ONWUASIKE, check if Crons are running under MailWizz Backend > Miscellaneous > Cron jobs history and make sure you have Active Delivery Server
