sending autoresponder after a regular campaign

HI,
I have setup a regular campaign and 2 autoresponder campaign to be sent a couple days after the regular one :

autoresponder 1 to be sent 2 days after regular
autoresponder 2 to be sent 4 days after regular

the question is should I select Incl. imported subscribers * and Incl. current subscribers * in the autoresponder campaign confirmation setup page ?

I do not use any form for this campaign, just using the list of the regular campaign.

I am asking because I noticed that the day it should have been sent... it was not..

@JBG - If subscribers already exists in list you need to set: Incl. current subscribers - Yes.
