Staff member@trannguyen886 - If you read the message carefully, you see that the app tells you that your system has disabled a php function, and that function is escapeshellarg, so you have to look in the disable_functions directive of your php.ini file (configuration file for php) and remove that function from there so that it will become enabled. Then restart your web server and/or php-fpm and that should be enough.
