Sending emails at certain hours

Hi,

Currently I send emails about 5k per hour. So I am about to send to a list of 50000 which would probably take around 10 hours. Is there a way to for me to set a schedule where it will only send between 9am and 12pm then continue the next day and do the same until that list is finished? Thanks for your help.

...it was covered on the forum, but i could not find it again, a server cron setting did it, if memory serves me well
