Sending error when using segments

When I try to send emails to segments the emails all come back with status "error" and message "Subscriber not confirmed anymore!".

All my other email sending in this account are working fine but all 3 attempts to send to segments come back this way.

Any ideas why this might be?

Yup, please upgrade to 1.4.8, it fixes this issue
If i remember correctly, if you want to fix this without upgrade, open apps/common/models/ListSegment.php and remove line 247.
