500 shipments per month. ?
because donot happened one month from the time of discharge from the account and not the counter is reset

you can set like monthly and when quota reach it will stop to send any more.

Then you just reset it, so it start again.

there is no way to automate this? Now I have a few users, but when you have hundreds, every day I will have to re-establish different quotas.

You could run triggered events in phpMyAdmin.
